Wiccan Wedding – Maid of Honor Speech Ideas?
Im the MOH in a wiccan wedding coming up soon and I have to make a speech at the reception (the best man doesnt want to). I dont even know the couple very well, so that bars out the idea of making some sort of joke or discussing their history as a couple. Also, I’m Christian and I’m not saying anything to contradict that.
If you have any ideas on a good speech, or a good website that lists some for occasions like this, please share!
Keep it short and simple.
“I just want to say that I am honored to be a part of _____ and _____’s special day. It’s perhaps the most beautiful thing to see two people in love, commit to each other infront of friend’s and family. I want to wish both of you nothing less than all the happiness in the world because you both deserve the very best. Let’s raise our glasses together and toast Mr. and Mrs. ________. Congratulations!”
I don’t understand why you are MOH when you don’t know this couple that well. That is beyond strange but keep the speech short and generic.
