Wedding Itinerary?

I have no idea how to plan out my reception (ie: when to do cake cutting..First dance, ect.) Could you please give me an idea with the following activities included…..
**Cake Cutting
**BM and MOH speech
**Dollar Dance
**First dances
**Garder/Boquet toss
BTW the reception starts and 7:30 Pm and will be ending at 1:00 AM..thank you so much!!!!

we are being introduced at 8:00 maybe.. wow.. i didnt even think about that.. lol.. thank you!!

7:30 dinner and program – speeches made then.
8:30 – 9 – cake cutting
9 – first dances
11 – bouquet and garter toss, then late lunch 11:30
no clue about the dollar dance, probably after late lunch.
