Wedding Speech Divorce
Need sort of advice or something, my father’s getting married..?
All right, so my parents got divorced, about a year and a half ago, around October, and now my father’s gonna get married in November. Yeah, so I’m 15 years old, and I don’t know if I will be assigned a role or something like that in the wedding? Or would I have to give a speech or something? I’ve given good speeches before, so that wouldn’t be a problem, of course I would have to work hard for it, but of course, I want to be prepared for the wedding you know? It’s like one of my father’s biggest events, so I want to make it better for him.

my father is going to make a party, maybe invite MANY of his and his fiancee’s friends, as I believe. There’s gonna be a wedding band and stuff, they’re even requesting me to learn to dance walts, tango, and stuff, so yeah, big event and things but do the groom’s sons generally get a role in a wedding or not?
yes u can be assigned a role like ring bearer or something like that. u being there is very important to your dad and the wedding itself cause it shows that u support him and the wedding. good luck and take care.
