Here’s A Quick Way To Get Great Wedding Scrapbook Layouts
The special day. Chances are it had been a windstorm of memories, getting ready, pictures, well wishers, cake cutting and a new partner to share it all with! Seldom will there be days which will generate more memories and more material to put into a scrapbook.
Just when you presumed your days of choosing the ideal patterns, designs and colors for every part of your wedding was over, you go to work on a scrapbook of the big day. 1 ) Don’t Whitewash Everything
All too commonly, I’ve seen scrapbook after scrapbook which have gone with a white or off white color as the main color for the book. While this is a good bet, its also a boring one. My attitude is nothing risked, nothing gained. Be a little more adventuresome, there is real beauty to be found in a light lavender or a silver / gray theme that may immortalize the moment in a beautiful and individual way.
However if you want a wedding scrapbook that looks like everyone else’s, go right ahead.
2 ) Sensitiveness is good, Fun is better.
When turning through wedding scrapbooks, one thing I have spotted is that many scrappers appear to put a large amount of soft light studio photos in their wedding scrapbooks. This should be evaded for 2 reasons. Firstly , If you want to put lots of professional photos together, put them into a photograph album. Secondly, everything will look like its in slow motion and will be set to a sound track. This isn’t how your day went and that is not what your book should be showing. Include the odd or off the wall photos, the bride fixing her makeup, the content couple dancing, the band and people enjoying themselves. This brings me to the 3rd tip:
3 ) Remember about everyone else!
Yes, it was the special day which was about you and your partner and the life you will be sharing together. Nonetheless don’t forget about the multitude of friends, family and well wishers that turned out to be there for the important day. Confirm your layouts leave room for pics of friends, partying, dancing, eating and usually having a splendid time!
You don’t want everybody thinking no one turned up to your wedding do you?
