Wedding Planner: Your New Best Friend

As the wedding day is set, the next person you’re about to talk to is about to be your new best friend.  Your new best friend is your wedding planner.

Hiring a planner for your big day will give you many advantages.  If you want a well-planned and well-executed wedding, a planner is your best option.

The planner for your wedding will initially ask both you and your partner what you want your wedding to look like.  She would ask you certain details that are necessary for the entire event.  The details that she may ask may include the number of guests; the theme of the wedding; the preferred venue of the ceremony and the reception; the participants and the decorations.

If you and your partner are both clueless about what you really want for the big day, the planner will present other options that you can choose from.  Narrowing your choices and making each detail accurate are two of the duties of the planner.

After your preferences were selected, the preparation begins.  The task of the wedding planner is to contact people who are in charge of the details.  She will coordinate all other details for the big day.  She will coordinate and set the schedules details to be taken care of during the preparation stage.  For example, the planner shall set the date for the gown fitting, food tasting and ocular.  Aside from the coordination, the planner reports to the couple for the development and changes during the preparation.  The primary attribute that the planner must have is to device a systematic way to coordinate everything.

As the big day draws near, the planner finalizes everything and makes sure that all details will be ready.  She must be always present as the venue is being prepared and all other equipments are being delivered.  Total control and supervision must be exercised by the planner to ensure that everything is going as planned.

On the wedding day, the planner must be hand-on with all the people involved with the wedding.  She must see that the caterers, musicians, hosts and waiters are doing their job properly.

Once the ceremony and the festivity are over, the planner must see that the bills are paid and the guests are satisfied.

The reliable wedding planner is your ticket to a perfect wedding.  Work with her closely and communicate efficiently.  Your dream wedding will be all yours.

To your beautiful wedding!
