If you wish to make other cupcakes with different ingredients, you can prepare 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of sugar, ? teaspoon salt, ? teaspoon almond extract, ? teaspoon cream of tartar, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 2 tablespoon of ice water and 6 large eggs (separate yolk and white eggs). Add almond extract and lemon juice into egg yolk then mix it again. Fifth, mix egg yolk bowl to the egg white bowl then mix them together. It will become sponge cupcakes. Put in the oven in the course of 20 until twenty five minutes. You can work with toothpick in the biggest market of the cake to be sure that it will be baked all. 6th, cool these cakes before you put them out from the pans.
