where to sit your vendors at your wedding?
I’m having a small wedding (45) and i have vendors that require a meal, like my coordinator, musician, photgrapher, and even my dj?
whats the rule regarnding meals for vendors? we are having our reception at a nice restaurant and we are paying about $70 per guest for a 5 course meal. to be honest I dont think they are my guest and I’m wondering if they can have a separate menu for them. what do you usually do in this case? Also should I have a separate table just for vendor or should i blend them in with my guests?

You do not have to include them in your meals as you have to pay per-head. I did include mine in mine and that was $45 per head. If it was buffet style it would ot matter as the food might be enough for everyone. I doubt that the restaurant would not go around counting heads.
