Wedding Cards Sayings
How should I ask my wedding party to be in our wedding?
I’m having a difficult time. I want to make a card saying something like… “Will you be my…?” and on the inside say “Matron of Honor… or Bridesmaid” but I’m trying to look for something more to write. I’ve been looking online for ideas and saying but am not having any luck.
Does anyone know a good website where I can find sayings and/or examples or do you have any past expierences?
I already tried to google it, but nothing!

For my girls, I found the history of bridesmaids from Wikipedia. I put it in an email (you could use a card if you print the info) without a preface. At the end I wrote, “Now that the history lessons is over, do you think you’d like to stand up for me on my wedding day? I’d be honored – and I promise no ugly dresses, pufy sleeves or big bows!” I did a similar one for the MoH but I put, “Since I don’t have a sister you’re the closest thing I have. Are you willing to fend off the enemy for me???” My friends are very famililiar with my sense of humor so they were not suprised by my unique methodology and they loved the way i presented the educational info. You could do something similar or write a poem about each girl and why she’d be an awesome bridesmaid (which was my second choice idea).
