July Wedding Attire?
Im wondering if this dress would be appropriate for a July wedding in Upstate NY? Ceremony at 2 – Reception at 5:30. I haven’t been to a wedding since I was a very young and it gives no indication on the invitation. Its going to be fairly warm ( mid 70′s). I would also be wearing a either a cream or brown cover up . Ive had a hard time finding something other than white, black or yellow (bridesmaids color) and wanted something that was nice yet for summer. And should you change between ceremony & reception? Any thoughts are appreciated. I already bought the dress and the wedding is Sat!
Its is a cream color not white. Other wise i have a black dress or a white w/ black polka dots as a last resort.

It a Catholic ceremony and from what i can tel the reception is at a nice place but nothing super fancy.
very nice job! This dress is perfect for being a guest at a wedding!!! It’s not too over the top but still cute and summer like.
With a wrap over it for the ceremony you should be good to go! It should work very nicely.
If your still concerned then call up the bride, groom, one of the mothers, or bridesmaids to come over and see it.
But I think it’s perfect for a summer wedding in NY.
