Has anyone bought a wedding dress online?
I’m getting married in October I’m a bride on a budget ! I have been shopping locally and dresses are so expensive. I have seen the most beautiful dresses and with great prices from a online shop called Light in a box, (Chinese Wholesale) Ubrides, and Ebay. Has anyone ever bought a wedding dress or a dress from any of these vendors.
Not from those vendors specifically, but yes, I bought my wedding dress online. What I did was go to David’s Bridal and tried on several dresses and found one that I absolutely fell in love with. Like you, I was on a budget and could not justify spending 1,200 on a dress. What I did was take note of which dress it was, and then I kept an eye out for it on ebay. I actually found one (several months prior to the wedding) that was brand new, and in my size! The exact dress that I had tried on and couldn’t live without! I bought it for just over $300. I figure you can’t beat that! I recommend doing it that way – trying on the dress in the store, and then buying it online. If you pick one online without trying it on, well, it might not always go so well. Good luck!
