Mexican Wedding Lassos

My fiance is mexican so I want to incorportate wedding arras and the lasso into our ceremony. But we aren’t
having a Catholic wedding so how do I go about that during the ceremony. Where should that take place?
My husband is mexican too. We incorporated the arras into our ceremony but not the lasso.
What we did was to have my maid of honor present each coin to my husband and tell what the coin represented. Then my husband gave me each coin. After I had all the coins, I put them into a special box that we keep on our mantel.
It was actually very lovely.
