Church Wedding Decorations

Does anyone have any ideas for very inexpensive wedding ceremony decorations?
We are planning 1 ceremony at a full service chapel, reason being… I didn’t want to worry about the details! Well, my fiance is from Central America & wants to have a “Blessing” ceremony at his church. I need to decorate a large room that has fold up chairs in it, a small stage & that’s it. I don’t want to spend alot since I’ve already spent alot on the other ceremony. In the room we’ll be eating in, I will just have white tableclothes in the tables w/candles on each table & silk rose petals. It’s basic,simple and pretty & cheap. But, the ceremony, I have no idea what to do that’s inexpensive. Please send any good ideas! Thanks in advance.
The blessing is in a church, but it’s a new church that’s just starting out. They don’t have benches, just fold up chairs. They only have a few potted plants sitting around. We are having for sentimental reasons but are expected to have some sort of decorations.
It will be a summer wedding.
